New Smart PLL Frequency Synthesizer
SSG4522ATLX with Amplifier & Linear Attenuator
45 MHz to 22.6 GHz, dual RF outputs, and 0.1 Hz resolution. The new configurable linear attenuator provides 0–31.875 dB of attenuation in 0.125 dB steps, expanding on the SSG4522ALX's 3–24 dB range.
Typical phase noise is specified at -108 dBc/Hz at 8 GHz with a 10 kHz offset. The attenuator introduces an average 2 dB insertion loss relative to the base model.
