How do I contact the Customer Service Department?
There are a number of ways you can reach our Customer Service department. You can contact us via our contact page; or call us at (858) 621-2700 between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
Can I open a credit account with Z-Communications?
Yes, it is possible to open a credit account with us. Just forward four to six current trade references (usually vendors that the customer is presently engaging in a similar level of business). Then, once the references are received, they will be processed by our accounting department and completed within three to five business days.

How can I find the status of my order?
Considering that we use an order-tracking program that allows instantaneous tracking of all orders within a given month, one must simply present a purchase order number, part number, and quantity to our customer service representative and they will be able to immediately satisfy your request.

For the convenience of our customers, Z-Communications will comply with various modes of shipping at the customer’s request. These include pre-paid billing, billing to a customer’s freight account and other reliable methods and carriers.
